Pick a side. Nothing more.
These operational terms define the BACK and FADE digital participation service. Live checkout remains disabled until operator details and jurisdiction-specific legal review are complete.
What you purchase
A digital service delivered by Bidwatch.
A BACK or FADE purchase records a public or private sentiment position on Bidwatch, changes Bidwatch sentiment and Heat, and may appear in Bidwatch activity, rankings, and a shareable card.
The payment goes to Bidwatch. It does not go to the tracked board and is never added to that board’s external tracked revenue.
The position has no stored monetary value after purchase. It cannot be withdrawn, resold, transferred, redeemed, settled against an outcome, or exchanged for any prize or financial benefit.
Public information
Visibility is optional.
If public visibility is selected, the position’s side, amount, board, purchase time, and any submitted display name or website/X link may be displayed publicly. If it is not selected, the position contributes only to aggregate sentiment and Heat. Email and payment details are never public.
Names and links must be lawful, non-deceptive, and must not impersonate another person or infringe third-party rights. Bidwatch may hide abusive or unlawful public content without changing mandatory payment or refund rights.
Payments, refunds, and disputes
Provider settlement is authoritative.
A position becomes valid only after a signed payment-provider webhook confirms payment. A redirect or success screen alone never creates a position.
Dodo Payments operates the hosted checkout and payment processing. Bidwatch delivers the BACK or FADE participation service; no payment is forwarded to the tracked board.
Refunds, chargebacks, duplicate payments, unauthorized payments, and mandatory consumer rights are handled under the applicable law and the refund policy. Refunded or charged-back positions are removed from active sentiment totals.
This draft is not a substitute for the required operator identity, governing-law, consumer-withdrawal, tax, and jurisdiction-specific terms. Those must be completed and approved before LEGAL_REVIEW_APPROVED can enable production checkout.
