BidWatch OS is operated by a sole trader, not by a company. There is no register entry, no share capital and no managing director to name — the person below is personally responsible for the service and for the content on it.

Placements are advertising submitted and paid for by third parties. They are marked as paid position throughout — every placement is shown next to the amount that bought it — and their content is the responsibility of the advertiser, not of the operator. Where a placement is reported and found to breach the house rules, it is removed.

The operator is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

Consumers in the EU can raise a complaint directly by email; if it is not resolved, the competent courts are open under the placement terms. Payment disputes are handled by the payment provider named there.

Every placement on the desktop links to a site operated by somebody else. Those sites are checked when the placement is bought and are reviewed afterwards, but their content can change at any time without the operator knowing. No liability is accepted for content on linked sites; report a link that has turned bad and it will be removed.
